Clark Group acknowledges its obligations under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. As a commercial organisation with global turnover exceeding £36 million and business operations in the UK, we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chains.

We are currently in the process of:

  • Reviewing our existing policies and procedures
  • Assessing risks within our operations and supply chains
  • Developing appropriate due diligence processes
  • Establishing effective training and awareness programs

The Clark Group is dedicated to ethical business practices and maintaining high standards of transparency and accountability. We are working diligently to enhance our approach to identifying and addressing modern slavery risks.
A comprehensive Modern Slavery Statement detailing the steps taken by the Clark Group to prevent modern slavery within our business operations and supply chains will be published on this website by 30 June 2025.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Clark Group.
