No Medical Questions
You won’t be charged or refused for existing medical conditions. As long as you are symptom free, or (for illnesses) you’ve had the policy for 18 months, you’ll be covered.
No Occupation Penalties
There is zero penalty for your occupation – so even if you’re in a high-risk job, you can get the same cover at the same cost as everyone else.
Flexible Cover
Most of all, you’re in control. We have a modular setup that lets you pick the cover that’s right for you, with additional add-ons for family & extra services to make it totally customisable.
Speedy Payouts
Traditional IP has a minimum wait period of four weeks, but Accident & Sickness starts paying out in just two.

Accident & Sickness FAQs
Can I claim more than one benefit at a time?
Yes, you can claim more than one benefit at a time. For example a leg fracture might qualify for fracture benefit and result in an income benefit claim because you cannot work for more than 14 days.
Can I still get payouts and benefits after I’ve already claimed?
Yes. you can keep claiming benefits as long as you meet the rules for each one and your policy remains active.
- Income benefit can be claimed up to 5 times in 5 years (usually for 3 months per claim)
- Fracture cover resets each year, so you can claim again for new fractures
- Other benefits can be claimed again if within your policy limits
Limits and policy rules apply, check your documents for details.
Do my partner or children get the same level of cover?
Your partner and children can be added to your policy, but their cover is different from yours. The key difference is that only you receive the income benefit. However, your partner and children are covered for the other benefits, though with lower payout limits than the main policyholder.
